Balanced Incomplete Block Design (BIBD)

No Ngene cannot do this. We tested BIBD for generating availability designs (where only a subset of alternatives is shown in each choice task), but since BIBD designs are very restricted and only exist for very specific dimensionsk, we did not release this functionality in Ngene as we have more flexible ways to generate availability designs within Ngene that does not rely on BIBD designs.
Do you have a specific need for using a BIBD design? I may be able to look up a specific BIBD design in one of our older databases.
