Dear all,
I am new with choice experiments so probably my question will sound silly but I have this doubt.
I have noticed that, when a status quo is included in a choice experiments, the levels of the attributes of the alternatives (so NOT the status quo) are in most cases either all greater or all lower than the attributes of the status quo. Am I wrong or not?If not, is there a reason for this?
In other words: It is possible to design a choice experiments in which the levels of the attribute can be both lower and greater than the levels of the status quo?
Thank you for your attention
