Dear Ngene team,

I have problem with my pivot design.

It is with my attribute price. Because it is a pivot design, the level for price is [-10%; -5%; 0; 5%;10%].

Problem: the reference point is not fixed because people pay different price. So for me, my reference point is 1 (100%)

Can Ngene do this design?

I do not really understand your question.
If you are referring to the possibility of multiple reference points, see the Ngene manual, page 162 and further, in which different segments with different reference points are discussed.
