Warning: Unhandled exception has occurred

Hi all,
I am starting to use Ngene for the first time. First, I am trying to generating full factorial design. I have two alternatives with 4 attributes. All attributes have 4 levels, except one (5 levels). When I run, I can't open the design (I get the message "An unhandled exception has occured"). This happens only when I specify:
;rows=all
Indeed, If I specify a number of rows, for example, 10,000, I have no problems.
I have read in the user guide that the maximum number of rows is 150,000 but in my cases the total number of rows should be 102,400.
Where did I go wrong?
Thanks in advance
