As I do not know what the levels represent and do not know anything about the study you are conducting, I am afraid i can no further comment on how good the design will be, I can only comment on the statistical efficiency and the Ngene syntax, as I have done above. Checking individual designs and understanding the case study takes a lot of time, so as said before, if the choice tasks make sense to you (and you are the expert in your own field), then I would say the design is good. The design will be statistically quite efficient generated in this way as well.
