Exporting to csv

Hi Choice experiments forum and moderators,

I would appreciate your advice. I am using Ngene and Apollo package in R.

How do I generate the csv to upload into R in order to run my pilot?
Is it a matter of copying and pasting the output and coding and formatting it as required for R myself?

I am not sure what you mean with "run my pilot", but after you have generated a design in Ngene, you typically copy and paste it in a spreadsheet and prepare it for putting it into a survey instrument such as SurveyEngine or Qualtrics. The format required for each survey instrument is different. Then you collect the pilot data using the survey instrument, and the survey instrument will generate a data set that you can use to estimate models in Apollo, but you may need to reformat this data set.

Sorry I am trying to figure this out from the manual and reading other posts in the forum. I had a different understanding of how to do this, your explanation makes a lot more sense.
