LATEST VERSION (ONLINE)
This latest version of Ngene is a subscription-based online service that uses cloud computing via a browser on any device. For existing customers who use desktop version 1.4 (Windows), we recommend upgrading to this new version to get the latest features. For customers in China who cannot access our cloud-based service, the previous version for Windows remains available via our reseller (see below).
All our licences are individual single-user licences. Users will be asked to create an online account that cannot be shared with others. The price of a 1-year subscription licence starts at $299 for an academic user and $449 for a regular user. The price of a licence depends on the desired features, and 3-year licences are discounted. All our prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT/GST (which may be added at checkout depending on your country). We do not automatically renew licences, so you do not need to worry about recurring charges to your credit card
Please follow the steps below to purchase an Ngene subscription licence by credit card.
1. PURCHASE LICENCE

If you already have an online account, please sign in to your account and go to My Account | Licence and click on “Buy more licences”. Use a credit card to complete the purchase.
If you do not have an online account yet, please go to Pricing & purchasing and create an account during the checkout process. Use a credit card to complete the purchase. You will receive an automated email with a link to confirm your email address (if not received, please check your spam folder).

2. ASSIGN LICENCE

Sign in to your account and in My Account | Licence click the “Edit” button, then “Assign to me”.

3. ACCESS YOUR RECEIPT​
​
You can view and download your invoice/receipt in your account in My Account | Billing. From this location,
you can also update your billing address and company details (if required) and select “Add Note” to provide any additional required information on your receipt (e.g. a PO or research grant number).

4. USE NGENE
​
Sign in to your account and start using Ngene.
For customers who require an invoice or paperwork before purchase, or who would like to pay via bank transfer, please click the button below, fill out the form, and we will contact you shortly.
Please note that there is a USD 50 surcharge to cover administration and transaction fees.
PREVIOUS VERSION (WINDOWS)
This is the original version of Ngene, which requires installation of our application on a computer running Windows and possession of a licence to activate the software.
Existing customers can keep using this version, but it will not receive further updates.
We recommend upgrading to our latest online version.

For customers in China who cannot access our cloud-based service, this version remains available via our reseller in China; all other customers are referred to our online version. For information about pricing & purchasing, please contact our reseller.
